Freight and Delivery

Shipping within Norway:

We keep shipping simple and transparent. No surprises at checkout—your order ships anywhere in Norway for a fixed rate between 90 NOK and 213 NOK, depending on the weight of your package.

Shipping to EU & UK
We ship to all EU countries and the United Kingdom with trusted carriers such as TNT and FedEx.
Shipping costs are calculated individually based on destination, weight, and package size. You’ll receive a quote when you send us an inquiry, before your order is confirmed.
For reference, shipping for a single item typically starts from €50.

EU & UK – Taxes & Customs
For EU and UK orders, customers are responsible for paying any taxes and customs duties, unless this is clearly stated during the order process. If you prefer, we can also arrange DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping, where all costs are covered upfront for smooth delivery.

Delivery failure

In case of failure of delivery to you after two attempts, we will refund the amount paid for the items to you as soon as we receive the order back but we reserve the right to charge the transportation costs plus a service charge. (this will be deducted from the amount being refunded).
