What is the delivery time for the products?
Delivery time is 2-4 business days (within Norway). Please email us for delivery times outside of Norway.
We always have 95% of our products in stock.
How do I know if the product I want to order is in stock?
If the product is displayed on the website, it means it is in stock. Sold-out products are automatically removed from the website or will have a visible ‘Sold Out’ sign.
Will the color of the product I receive differ from what I see online?
Yes, that can happen. Please note the following:
- For basins like Bali Natu, Bali Lap, Pedes, Nobi, and Mory, the stones can vary more than others.
These are unique stones, and each block can have significant differences in color tones and patterns.
Click on the ‘More Important Info’ link on the product page for further details. - For stones like marble and limestone, the gray/brown tones and variations you see in photos are not very pronounced, but the small textures may vary from block to block.
No two blocks will have the exact same variation. Some may look very similar, while others may show slight differences.
Nature is unique, and this uniqueness is the beauty of natural materials—every basin tells its own story. - For stones like granite and basalt, these blocks have very little variation in color.”
